Job Description
Hire resolve is urgently looking for an HR Assistant to join one of its major clients in Gauteng.
The Successful incumbent must have a minimum of a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related qualification. Knowledge of HR legislation's and relevant law.
At least 7 years mining related experience, strong industrial relations background, SDF Certificate, Computer literacy in Ms Office (Excel, Word), HR systems.
Plus 8 years experience in an HR position.
An ability to work independently and exposure to production mining is highly required.
Previous business management experience would be advantageous.
