Employee Relations Manager needed for a leading construction company in Gauteng!
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Employee Relations Manager to perform Industrial Relations functions, dealing with CCMA cases, grievances procedures and policies and procedures. Ideally you will have a Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in Labour Law or Industrial Psychology. A minimum of 8 years experience as Employee Relations Manager in a construction environment is essential.
