Talent Manager needed for a leading mining company in Gauteng!

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Talent Manager to lead the talent management strategy, Develop and oversee a recruitment strategy, manage, support and align the recruitment team to Global standards, Advise the business unit, Talent managers and business leadership team on the selection process, facilitate the use of assessments, identify needs, provide guidance and support to line managers, manage and coordinate people related projects related to top talent, assist with manpower planning and link in with the Global EMEIA talent programmes. Ideally you will have a Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in Industrial Psychology and/ or Human Resource Management. A minimum of 5 years experience in Selections and Assessment, Talent Management or Employee Value Proposition in a mining environment is essential.
