Executive Human Resource Manager needed for a leading enterprise company in Gauteng!

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Executive Human Resource Manager to provide overall HR strategic direction in support of the organizations operations, formulate and implement HR management strategy and plan, attract and retain employees, implement sound employee development, performance management, rewards and recognition, wellness and labour relation programmes, be responsible for financial and people management and provide thought leadership to HR management and advise on other relevant matters. Ideally you will have a postgraduate degree/diploma in Human Resource Management and be registered with the HPCSA. A minimum of 8 years experience as Human Resource Manager at a Senior level is essential.
