Job Description
We are looking for a Mid to Senior Level Developer to assist with managing our site and developing new and enhancing existing online solutions.
You will further assist in the debugging of new and existing online solutions as well as contributing to research and development of further functionality enhancements.
The individual will also work closely with the Graphic Designer and Content Manager to ensure that as a team, you continue to deliver a portal that is attractive, user-friendly, aesthetically appealing and optimised to ensure that the website continues to rank highly on Google and other major search engines.
You will therefore also need to have an appreciation for SEO architectural and design standards.
Skills Requirements:
• Recent working experience in PHP development / PHP 4 and 5.
• MySQL 4 and 5 design and development skills
• JavaScript and AJAX implementation development experience
• HTML
• CSS
• XML/Soap service creation and API integration
• Payment / SMS integration skills
• SEO Fundamentals
The ideal candidate is someone who knows the PHP / MySQL Web environment and will be happy to learn.
