Ventilation Officer

Job Description

Hire Resolve represents one of the largest Mining Companies in South Africa who requires a Ventilation Officer. The incumbent will be responsible for All ventilation duties in an underground mine, Supervising ventilations helpers, Maintaining good interpersonal relations with other departments’ employees and Writing of reports. This role requires Intermediate (Elementary) certificate in mine environmental control, Code C1 drivers license, Valid Red ticket or be in position to obtain one, Three to five years’ relevant experience in the mining environment, Must be a structured worker and be able to function independently and Sound knowledge of ventilation control in an underground mining environment (Brattices and air crossings).
