Underground Operations General Supervisor

Job Description

Hire Resolve represents one of the largest Mining companies in the USA in search for an experienced underground Miner. The successful candidate will lead operations teams engaged in mining. Ensure that all activities at the site operate within safety, security and environmental policies and regulations to protect the assets and employees of the company and contractors. Ensure that production and development targets and schedules are met. Ensure profitability and business development in accordance with the annual budget and strategic business plan. Support operational objectives by minimizing risk and maximizing value with focus on values, cost reduction and risk management. This role requires a minimum of 10 – 15 years’ experience, A strong working knowledge of underground mining equipment, support equipment, and methods, procedures, and MSHA requirements and a degree in Mine Engineering or related field required.
