Transformation Officer needed for a leading mining company in Northern Cape!
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Transformation Officer to manage the annual audit, to report annually on the progress on the SLP, to coordinate the WSP / ATR implementation and training and coaching management of EE matters. Preference will be given to candidates with B degree in Industrial / Labour Relations, 5 years operational ER / IR experience in EE, Social Labour Plan and WSP / ATR coordination and monitoring and computer literacy
