Team Manager with SAP HR

Job Description

This large retailer is seeking a Team Manager with SAP HR experience to manage projects and meet identified business needs. This position will also entail acquiring and utilising the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strong planning and process skills to the team, and assume accountability for the definition and execution of the project plans, including project initiation, planning, execution, controlling and closing out of the project

• Co-ordinate and integrate activities across multiple functional lines

• Ensure timely and effective communication with the project team and project stakeholders

• Manage project dependencies and team and stakeholder relationships as it relates to the project

• Liaise between the development team and business analysts to ensure that specifications are understood and the project is on track

• Performance evaluation

• Project reporting

Qualifications and Experience:

• A 3-year Diploma or Degree in Information Systems is Essential

• A qualification in Project Management is Desirable

• 5 Years experience as Project Manager - Essential

• 3 Years experience in Team Manager / Team Lead role – Essential

• Applicable experience working in a HR Business environment is highly desirable

• Applicable experience working in a SAP HR environment is highly desirable
