Job Description

A challenging position exists for an individual who is geared up to lead a major mining company’s talent acquisition team to attract and acquire top talent globally. To make the shortlist you must have a track record of successfully filling technical profiles; recruitment experience in the mining (or related) industry is beneficial. A Masters degree in Human Resources Development is essential plus a minimum of 10 years experience in recruiting internationally at a recognized firm in the African mining sector. This position is based in Gauteng with extensive travel within Africa, serious contenders need only apply.
