Surveyor Superintendent

Job Description

Surveyor Superintendent needed for a leading mining company in Free State!

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Surveyor Superintendent to lead the survey function that contributes to the achievement of the mine’s production targets. This includes compliance with all relevant legislation, effective cross-functional operational engagement and measurement, reconciliation and reporting of production, stockpile, rehabilitation and port quantities. Ideally you will have a Mine Surveyor’s Certificate of competency, along with a relevant tertiary qualification in Surveying, Mine Surveying or Mineral Resource Management. Registration with PLATO is essential and a postgraduate Management qualification would be advantageous. A minimum of 8 years managerial experience in the mining environment is essential.
