Job Description
Experienced Support Engineer required. My client requires a candidate who has great troubleshooting skills and has very strong customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
2nd and 3rd Line Support remotely and onsite with Windows and Linux
Create IT documentation
Manage small IT projects
Personal Attributes:
Customer focused
Great communication skills
Has a practical approach to solving problems
Minimum Requirements:
Windows Server and Exchange
Troubleshooting, network configuration
Linux Essential
Windows Essential
Citrix Xen beneficial
Customer Focused
Valid driver’s licence and own transport is essential
