Job Description
Superintendent Industrial Relations needed for a leading mining company in Johannesburg!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Superintendent Industrial Relations to identify, develop and manage all Industrial Relations interventions, processes, systems in order to achieve the Company’s IR Strategy and business goals. Preference will be given to candidates with Degree or National Diploma in Human Resources Management or Labour Relations, 5 years experience working in Human Resources in mining industry.
