Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related qualification
Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful applicant requires 5-10 years’ experience in Software Development and 2-5 years’ experience as a Development Manager
Strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities, technical vision, leadership skills
Experience with Ruby, Perl, Java or C/C++, Linux/Unix, XML and Web Services and Unix tools
Delivery focus and ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast paced environment
This company seeks a very strong technical leader to manage and grow a team. Your responsibilities include:
Over-all systems development life cycle
Management and execution against project plans and delivery commitments
Maintaining current knowledge to support changing technology
Delivery of quality applications on time and on budget
Create and execute quality plans, project plan, test strategies and processes for development activities
Management of departmental resources, staffing and enhancing and maintaining a best of class engineering team
