Software Developer (C#, ASP.Net)

One of our clients based in Cape Town has a great opportunity for a Software Developer.

Requirements:

Relevant tertiary degree or diploma (Computer-science / Engineering)

3-5 years

Organising and planning

Excellent communication skills

Our products involve the following technologies, and knowledge in them is important:

E-commerce web-sites

Point-of-sale systems (client/server protocols and high-throughput transaction processing)

C#

ASP.Net 2.0

HTML

XML

Duties:

Work closely with customers as well as the marketing / business group

Have solid experience in all facets of the software development life cycle

Develop software requirement specifications

Architect, design and develop complex software systems, using an in-depth knowledge of information technology and software technology capabilities

Understanding of web services and the ability to develop them

Experience developing real time transaction processing systems

Use of source control
