Shift Boss

Job Description

Hire Resolve represents one of the largest Mining Companies in South Africa who requires a Shift Boss. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring compliance with MHSA regulations, Planning production targets, controlling and managing subordinates and drill riggs, reporting to mine overseer on daily production. This role requires an Underground Blasting Certificate for Schedules Mines, a minimum of 10 years’ experience, and full bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
