Job Description

Hire Resolve is representing a Mining Company within Botswana in their search for a Operations Training Superintendent.

This role requires a Tertiary qualification in Geology, 15yrs experience preferably in Africa and in Base Metals. Some French would be an asset; working in Production i.e. Mining background, and capable of setting up and running an Mine Geology Department. The positions are based in the DRC but at a location close to the Zambian border and as such these personnel could actually live in the Zambian Copperbelt.
