Senior Linux Operator

Job Description

Are you a Linux wiz and have a keen interest in Open Source Technologies? My client is looking for an enthusiastic, lively Linux Engineer to join their vibrant team.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting

Maintenance of infrastructure and mission critical services on servers

Design and deployment of new systems and services

Day to day IT/server administration tasks

Minimum Requirements:

1-3 years experience in maintaining and supporting Linux Servers and services

Redhat / CentOs Linux Operating System

Scripting in Perl or Bash

Redhat / CentOs Linux Operating System

Skills:

Asterisk, Xen, Samba, Nagios, iptables-firewall beneficial

Database management and maintenance (Oracle or PostgreSQL) beneficial A positive
