Senior Internal Auditor

Job Description

This well know Bank seeks a competent Internal Auditor to plan and execute financial, compliance and operational audits in accordance with accepted professional standards. Great exposure to be gained.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop detailed audit plans and programmes based on risk analysis.

Perform audit procedures and prepare work papers in accordance with the IIA Standards.

Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and make recommendations.

Prepare comprehensive written reports communicating results of the audit.

Lead and conduct assurance audits, special assignments and/ or investigations.

Follow up on corrective actions required as necessary.

Other related duties that may be required from time to time.
