Job Description
A challenging opportunity exists for an individual with solid experience in developing HR Strategies and design performance, gap analysis and OD interventions. The position in based in Mpumalanga with one of our major clients. Successful incumbents will have a degree in Industrial Relations/HR Management plus at least 8 years experience in the mining industry. An additional course or qualification in Organizational Change will be highly advantageous.
