Job Description
I am urgently looking for a Senior Employee Relation Manager to join one of our clients’ team based in Limpopo. The successful incumbent will providing, input into ER Strategy, policies and plans and procedures, wage negotiations, Evaluate Union Representation, Advise and support Operations on ER issues amongst other things. Must have a minimum of a degree in Human Resources Management or an equivalent qualification plus 5 years experience in a similar position.
