Job Description
A reputable and well recognised bank in South Africa is currently in search of a Senior Analyst Programmer to be part of their dynamic team, with the vision to achieve the same goal effectively. So if you can provide leadership to colleagues and demonstrates knowledge of group processes. And participates in or facilitates group sessions to gather ideas influence direction and recommend solutions, guide subordinates and colleagues, then this is the opportunity for you.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Information Technology.
6 - 7 Years System design/development experience.
Globus and T24 Banking Package Technical experience required.
Good knowledge of the Globus and T24 Banking Package Architecture.
Universe Basic and Jbase Basic Programming Language experience required.
Duties:
Responsible for the specification, designing, coding, testing and implementation of complex programs, utilities/environments and systems, from broad specifications without supervision.
Provide high-level technical and programming support in the design of complex systems, utilities and programs.
Analyse and document system requirements for data, logical processes, hardware and operating system environments.
Understand the software development life-cycle and develop functional and technical specifications from user requirements.
