SHERQ Training Officer

Job Description

Safety Health Environment Risk and Quality Training Officer needed for a leading mining company in Limpopo!

This is a great opportunity for a SHERQ Training Officer to develop and implement training material and skills programmes, deliver training and conduct assessments and moderations, present awareness training, design reports as per internal customer need, conduct training needs analyses, prepare and assist with annual SHERQ audits for the training department, recommend and implement approved action plans to address deviations.

Candidates should have a NQF 4 qualification in Safety and Risk Management, Naional Diploma in occupational-directed ETD Practice (NQF5) or equivalent, Knowledge of all SHERQ policies and procedures and legislations. A minimum of 7 years experience in Training and Development or SHERQ in the mining industry is essential.
