Responsibilities:

Responsible for co-ordinating, from an administrative as well as systems perspective, advice in respect of all systems, their utilisation and operational support.

Responsible for handling and addressing all first line customer and stakeholder enquiries that pertain to supported systems.

Plans and schedules

Assessment of work

Problem solving

Management information

System optimization

Status updates and reporting

Maintain, co-ordinate and optimize the usage of all the applicable software systems, including SAP HR.

Initiate appropriate interventions to optimize the utilisation of all the systems by end-users, such as day-to-day guidance, upgrading, trend analysis, compiling business requirements specifications and testing and implementation of system changes.

Qualifications:

Advanced skill on MS Office package

Finance/H.R. qualification Degree or Diploma

Advanced SAP HR training / accreditation

SAP HR configuration interpretation

SAP HR Authorisations

Process design and optimisation

SharePoint knowledge

SAP HR (all or some modules)

SA BCEA

SA Tax legislation
