Job Description
This large Retailer is looking for a Team Lead for Application Development with at least 7-8 years of SAP HR Configuration experience. This position will entail the supervision of a team of SAP functional staff in order to plan, estimate and carry out programmes of systems development work to time, budget and quality targets and in accordance with appropriate standards.
Responsibilities:
• Perform full systems development life cycle (SDLC) management within area of responsibility.
• Plan and manage all activities within area of technology
• Perform project/sub-project management of projects/sub-projects in area of responsibility.
• Produce logical and physical designs.
• Ensure effective resource management.
• Provide quality assurance.
Qualifications and Experience:
• 3 year Diploma in Information Systems, OR BSc Information Systems, OR BCom Information Systems, OR Relevant Professional Qualification Level 5
• 7 - 8 years’ experience in SAP HR configuration and has held technical responsibility for the development, implementation and testing of at least one major module in the SAP HR system.
