If growth and stability in a permanent position is what you looking for, my client based in Durban within the Retail Industry is seeking a qualified individual who has extensive experience in SAP PP, MM and QM, someone who will be able to multitask and apply there excellent skills and knowledge to this organization..

Qualifications:

• IT Qualification

• SAP Methodology Certification, PP, MM, QM

Responsibilities:

• Provides first line support for all users within their department for their identified role(s) e.g. purchasing and finance.

• This includes SAP and the associated business processes.

• Provides informal, one-to-one coaching for other users for their identified role(s)

• Attends additional training (or uses computer based training) provided by the SAP Project team

• Provides feedback and input on user documentation to SAP project team

• Involved directly in user acceptance testing of the system

• May identify other users to assist in acceptance testing

• Attends and takes an active part in user groups

• Liaises closely with SAP Project team contacts

• Actively involved with SAP upgrade(s)
