Qualifications:

Technical / Financial Degree

Experience of the Motor Industry Development Programme

SAP Implementation exposure/experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

Process and submission of Import Rebate Credit Certificates for BMW vehicle exports (both Sub-Sahara Africa and Mainline).

Process and submission of Import Rebate Credit Certificates for BMW component exports.

Process and submission of Import Rebate Credit Certificates for BMW leather exports.

Quarterly MIDP Account Preparation and Submission (all calculations).

Verification of qualification of Export Vehicles for preferential entry into the United States under the African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA).

Responsible for Management Reporting of the Duty & Rebate Income Statement to the Management Board.

Tracking and monitoring of all Duty & Rebate Provisions on the Balance Sheet.

Explanation to the Management Board of all Off-Standards through the Duty & Rebate Income Statement.

Balance Sheet recon for certified and uncertified Rebates.

Responsible for the maintenance and development of all MIDP SAP Programs (including the full MIDP Menu on SAP), all SAP Reports and tracking information relating to MIDP and Customs.

Responsible for the IRCC Tracking System on SAP.
