If growth and stability in a permanent position is what you looking for, my client based in Gauteng is seeking a qualified individual who has extensive experience in SAP HR Projects or Support, someone who will be able to multitask and apply there excellent skills and knowledge to this organization..
Qualifications:
• Degree or Diploma
• SAP K3/K4 Consulting Level Grading
• SAP Certification – preferably HR/HCM
Responsibilities:
The Consulting Manager is responsible for reaching the agreed sales revenue targets, building and supporting client relationships, consultancy and resource planning and staff development. The individual will act as the primary point of contact for existing and potential clients and ensures a consistent communication leading to a high level of client satisfaction.
The Consulting Manager will be a key member of the management team and a business driver and partner in the regional operation.
Consultancy Management
• Maintain and nurture new and existing business
• Client retention by making sure existing clients are happy and being looked after
• Keep up to date with latest SAP trends and offerings
• Profitability of assignments within global minimum requirements or otherwise approved parameters.
• Billings and recoverability of billings to customers
Resourcing
• Ensure entire consulting team remains billable with control over resources supports sales pipeline.
• Lead development plans, performance reviews and training requirements for consultants, with support roles
Global/Other Role
• Ensure completion of all global reporting requirements
• Opportunity seeking within existing clients as well as new leads (depending on scope the Business Development Manager might lead)
• Staff Development and mentoring
Strategic
• Plan and manage personal business portfolio according to agreed market development strategy
• Assist in breaking ground into the new markets and support bid processes from a pricing and delivery point of view
Company Contribution
• Reach and/or exceed annual individual and departmental sales, profit and margin targets
• Understand the competitors’ offerings, have a clear perception of the market evolution and be able to define the key differentiators of our solutions and services
• Maintain relationships with consultants working at the client
• Maintain "pipeline" (flow of potential clients and their chance of success, with projected sales-volumes attached) and share information with management and colleagues
