If growth and stability in a permanent position is what you looking for, my client based in Durban is seeking a qualified individual who has 2 years experience in SAP HR Projects and Support, someone who will be able to multitask and apply there excellent skills and knowledge to this organization..

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma

• SAP K3 Consulting Level Grading

• SAP Certification – preferably HR/HCM

• 2 years SAP support experience

• Must have experienced 1 full SAP implementation

Responsibilities:

• Mentor and manage junior consultants

• Changes to payroll and testing

• Technical preparation of Business Process Procedures, Test Scenarios, End-User documentation and User manuals

• Document client requirements

• Problem solving

• Advises, interfaces and establish credibility with clients

• Assists client in SAP knowledge transfer

• Providing consulting services to identify business and system opportunities for change.

• Report support or project progress to the Senior Consultant

• Proven track record of implementing projects

• Proven HR configuration skills

• Proven ability on SAP payroll Rules and Schemas

• Ability to write functional specs and high level technical specs

• Integration experience with other SAP modules

• Specialize in one SAP HR Module – preferably Payroll
