SAP HCM Systems Manager: Talent Management / Organisational Management

This Global Manufacturing Company is urgently looking for a SAP HCM Practitioner to lead a stream of work, take long-term ownership over the success of designs, implementation and long-term support of improved solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the ultimate objective of achieving the business benefits stipulated in the project motivation is achieved.

• This position will report to the SAP HCM Business Process Team Leader, who in turn will report to the Systems and HR Teams respectively.

• There will be an indirect line of accountability to the head of Learning and Development in HR in terms of business outcomes required.

• The scope of the initial work required will be the quick wins and functionality upgrade of the existing Learning and Development solution/s, as well as Business Intelligence and Master Data integrity in this area.

• Included in this scope is also the areas of SAP Organisation Management and Performance Management

Qualifications and Experience:

• Extensive SAP HCM Project Experience – specifically in the Personnel Development (PD/PE) and Organisation Mgt (OM) areas; knowledge and/or experience with LSM and HCM functionality from EHP5 is a significant advantage

• Basic Project Management experience as team lead of HCM teams – specifically in the area of PD, PE, OM, where configuration and integration experience is required

• Business Process Design experience across HCM modules, specifically PD, PE, OM and the integration of PD/PE, OM with Payroll, Time Mgt with other SAP solutions eg BI, CRM

• Leadership, facilitation and business consulting experience

• HR Integration knowledge (Knowledge of PCP/BPCS, CRM, MRS an advantage)

• Ability to manage, support and direct consulting-teams

• Greater than 10 yrs SAP HR Project and/or SAP HR Support
