SAP Business Process Leader – Asset Care

Job Description

This large Manufacturing Company is urgently looking for a driven, analytical, results focussed Business Process Leader to be based in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have SAP PM Experience as well as a good understanding of Supply Chain. South African Citizens only.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate business requirements, Designing new business processes and provide input and make recommendations regarding SAP and other System Solutions

• Complete necessary QA/testing for a successful implementation

• Build SAP Capability throughout the organisation by means of developing and maintaining training material, undertaking training of Module Coordinators and providing support for the permanent resolution of escalated issues

• Advise on Business readiness for SAP/other System Implementations

Qualifications and Experience:

• SAP Planned Maintenance Module experience and knowledge very important

• National Diploma or B degree in Engineering.

• 5 years operational experience (ideally 3 years in FMCG) in a maintenance environment, preferably covering manufacturing and fleet assets,

• Key characteristics - drive, results focus and ability to think analytically and work precisely will be essential to this position.

• Successful candidates will demonstrate good business acumen, excellent decision making abilities with excellent communications and interpersonal skills that will engage the business and deliver the Supply Chain brief.

• Ability to train, coach and mentor individuals across the group

• Knowledge of SAP PM is essential with an official SAP accreditation in PM being preferred
