SAP ABAP Workflow /PI Business Analyst

Job Description

One of South Africa’s leading agricultural business is looking for a SAP ABAP Workflow/PI Business Analyst to bring effective support to the business where required. The ideal Candidate will have good interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work individually or within a team

Responsibilities:

• Effective support to business where required

• Ensure all SLA’s met as defined per level of priority

• Demonstrate initiative to address integration issues (business process and SAP)

• Demonstrate team work to ensure provision of an integrated support service to the business

• Keeping up to date with latest developments in applicable modules

• Managing down number of support calls and change requests

• 3rd party support including driving resolution of support calls and driving completion and acceptance of change requests

• Adherence to Governance policies including maintaining audit compliance and improvement in Audit findings

• Assist with budget control including demonstrating initiative and providing input regarding effective cost reductions

• General Ad Hoc duties

Qualifications and Experience:

• B Degree or relevant work experience

• SAP certification an advantage

• Minimum 5 years ABAP/Workflow/Process Integration project implementation / development and support experience

• Knowledge of SAP integration between modules a definite advantage

• Knowledge of FICO, MM, SD, BCA, CML, PP, QM, PM an advantage

• Interface design and development utilizing various delivery techniques and transfer methods
