Rock Engineer

Job Description

A fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced Rock Engineer to play an integral role within a Top Gold Mining Company. Applicants must be in possession of a relevant tertiary qualifications in Rock Mechanics / Geology, have a minimum of 8 years experience in mining engineering or strata control, as well as a COM Rock Mechanics Certificate (for Metalliferous Mines). The successful candidate will be responsible for all rock engineering services and expertise in supporting the safe operation and performance of the mine, as well as a demonstrated ability to meet technical and responsibility requirements.
