Resource Planner

Job Description

Hire Resolve is looking for a Resource planner for a Platinum mine company.

The duties of this position include input into resource reserve compilation; input and co-ordination of the budget planning system; Determining mine design parameters; Long-term planning risk assessments, Input and co-ordinate LTP database; Projects planning and infrastructure and; Succession planning and career development for the department.

The requirements of this position are a National Diploma in Mine Survey/Mineral Resource Management or Mining Engineering at NQF5; and a Survey Certificate of Competency at NQF4. Successful candidate will have 2yrs experience in mine planning or as a Resource Technician at senior level. Thorough knowledge of mining standards. Computer software systems must be literate in: MS Office and Microstation (CADsmine).
