Remuneration and Benefits Manager needed for a leading mining company in Australia!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Remuneration and Benefits Manager that will be accountable for developing and implementing remuneration strategies, policies and procedures. You will also need to play an important role in advising in terms of remuneration best practices and experience in a human-related role within the mining/heavy industry environment. An applicable postgraduate/Honours Degree in Human Resources or Behavioural Sciences and preferably 10 years’ experience in a remuneration and benefits management role.
