Remuneration and Benefits Manager needed for a leading mining company in Gauteng!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Remuneration and Benefits Manager to provide Remuneration & Benefits services to Business Units in Continental Africa, identify improvement areas in Continental Africa Locals and Expatriates’ conditions of employment write new policies and processes, coordinate year-round market research relating to compensation and benefits within Continental Africa & analyse trends and make recommendations, liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure salary surveys are conducted, and at agreed times, ensure the integrity and ongoing maintenance of HR employee-data and generate and analyse cost-drivers monthly reports to identify trends. Ideally you will have a B Comm and have SAP Payroll experience. A minimum of 8 years experience in the mining environment is essential.
