Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Regional Human Resources Manager to provide HR support to the regional management team, support management in recruitment and selection, facilitate the implementation of performance management, succession planning and career management, facilitate the implementation and roll-out of training and development, facilitate staff retention practices, ensure effective HR administration and implementation of policies and procedures and contribute to the wider HR team. Preference will be given to candidates with a tertiary HR qualification, 7 years’ HR experience at management level, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good understanding of relevant legislation and all aspects of HR benefits and administration as well as excellent organizational and planning skills. Furthermore, successful candidates will be solution and deadline driven, proactive, client centric, a team player and have the ability to handle pressure.
