One of my Clients is looking for a receptionist to fulfill a temporary position for 2-3 months from May 2015. The position is based at an Engineering firm in Johannesburg.
The candidate’s responsibilities will include the following:
• Answering NEC switchboard ( 6 incoming lines, 12 extensions)
• Arrange for DHL to collect documents to be couriered
• Attend to visitors
• File papers and documents so that they can be easily found when needed
• Organize accommodation, vehicle and flight arrangements - local and international for all staff members
• Organizing of VISA / Passports
• Typing of invitation letters to International companies
• Provide secretarial services as required
• Taking detailed messages
• Ordering of stationary
• Ordering snacks for meetings
• Making sure the meeting room is ready for meetings
• Scan to email of documents
