Job Description
Are you an R Developer looking for a new and challenging role?
A well-established software consulting company in the Johannesburg area is looking for a skilled R Developer to join their growing and experienced team.
This could be a perfect opportunity for you!
Requirements:
•B.Sc. Computer Science or similar is necessary
•3+ years’ experience
•Strong analytic ability
•Good understanding of algorithms and algorithm complexity
•Strong knowledge of R and good exposure to building applications in Shiny
•General web development.
•C#, Angular exposure would be an advantage.
•Good SQL Server skills
•Good communications and writing skills
•Passion for computing
•Modelling experience - familiar with modelling techniques or modelling tools
•Familiarity with scientific computing - R, Python, Matlab, SSPS, Octave, etc
