Proposal Engineer - EPCM

Job Description

Proposal Engineer with experience on EPCM projects required for a position based in Johannesburg.

The successful candidate will report to the Global Commodity Consultant.. The main function within this role is to provide critical support to building client relationships, to the marketing, business development, proposals and estimating teams and to all the process staff in the form of mentoring, training, coaching and troubleshooting so as to improve the quality of process engineering work on projects, ensure satisfactory process solutions and prevent process engineering design failure.

Skills, Experience & Education

• Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering discipline essential

• Professional registration in engineering/project management advantageous

• Solid proposals and broad project experience essential

• Understand complete project life cycle

• Sound commercial appreciation

• Excellent written English

• Excellent computer literacy.
