Title: Project and Tax Accountant
Location/s: Gauteng
Salary: R550 – 500k

Under the direction of the Finance Director a newly created position where you will manage tax compliance functions and will also lead all projects driven by the finance team. The individual will be responsible for tax compliance and planning for both Head office and all subsidiary companies. This well-known company is looking for an individual who is highly organized and has the ability to meet deadlines. A creative individual who has integrative thinking and the ability to work with and influence people at all levels in the organization. Responsibilities:
Prepare Head Office companies tax submissions for all company tax requirements
Perform year end accrual review and tax provision functions across the group
Provide technical support to Senior Management and group companies on all tax related matters
Assist with Financial forecasting and budgeting
Construct and monitor reliable control systems for all tax regulatory payments
Assist with the preparation of Annual and Interim Financial reporting
Provide input to the Risk Committee on all tax related matters
