Project Manager (6 MonthsContract)

Location: Johannesburg

Salary: R350 per hour

One of the well-recognised management consulting firms based in the North of Johannesburg is in looking for a Project Manager to be part of their company, consulting for reputable financial companies within South Africa for a 6 months.

Requirements:

3 - 5 years project management experience

Industry knowledge: financial services and banking

Ability to manage projects with a project budget of R500k - R10m

Business related degree

Post graduate diploma or certification i.e. PMP, Master in Project management and Prince 2

Duties:

The role of the Project Manager is twofold. The primary role is to be a project manager responsible for the planning, implementation and management of projects. The secondary role is to participate and contribute towards the companies’ Project Management thought leadership through the participation in communities of practice, methodologies and developing junior resources.
