Process Plant Manager

Job Description

One of the fastest growing mining companies with offices based in the North West is in search of a Process Plant Manager.

Candidates must have a BSc (Eng) Chemical / Metallurgy, a minimum of 10 years experience relevant metallurgical production and technical mining experience of which 4 years should have been at senior production management level. Candidates must furthermore have knowledge of principles related to the extraction of gold from both oxide and sulphide ore types, the implementation of the ICMI Cyanide code and operational and budget planning processes.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for implementing, optimizing and sustaining the safety management system and those required within the operational unit to continuously achieve the budgeted performance targets.
