Postilion Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

Support production settlement and Recon Postilion Office servers

Test all system releases/upgrades from Development

Ensure that periodic tests are executed at the disaster recovery site

Ensure that failover procedures are documented and kept up to date

Handle queries from Business Department and Web Site

Set-up and maintain systems

Set-up and configure disaster recovery

Database management

Ensure that all technical documentation is current and freely available

Ensure that all processes are documented

Ensure that adequate testing has taken place before implementing new systems or changing to existing systems

Minimum Requirements:

Matric Certificate

Diploma in Information Technology

Experience in SQL essential, TSQL, SHELL scripting, MSSQL, Windows 2000/2003 Server

Advantageous experience in Business Analyst or Project Management

MUST HAVE worked with Postilion
