One of Cleints in the Insurance industry is seeking a well-experienced and knowledgeable Policy Administration Manager to join their Life team.
The successful incumbent will be a well-seasoned insurance professional with over 5 years’ experience in an administration environment. As a support function within the Life division, the Policy Administration Manager will be responsible to drive the quality assurance of the Life administration process within the company.
Qualifications and Skills:
• The Policy Administration Manager must hold at minimum a 3-year (honours) degree
• The incumbent will have a minimum of 5 years of progressive responsibilities in the insurance industry.
• The position holder will have actual operational experience involving significant tenure overseeing administration.
• Experience in the insurance industry is a prerequisite for this role, experience in Life Assurance is also a definite must.
• The candidate must have solid understanding of workflow processes and project management experience.
• The person must have strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
