Job Description

Hire Resolve is looking for a Plant Superintendent for a Mining company. The role is responsible for coordination of planning, production, distribution and personnel development.

Qualifications:

This role requires a recognised tertiary qualification in Extraction Metallurgy (BTech/BSc), at least 3 yrs working experience in either chrome or platinum industry. Any managerial such as MDP/LDP, process design and metallurgical accounting experience and metallurgical optimisation experience would be advantageous. Must have extensive knowledge of the different metallurgical processes, especially in gravity separation and PGM flotation.
