Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Payroll Supervisor to co-ordinate and supervise RBCT payroll by adhering to SA law, minimizing business risk to RBCT whilst continuously striving to improve the service to our customers as well as to ensure that SAP system is compatible to RBCT business processes. Preference will be given to candidates with National Diploma/Degree with Accounting, 7 years’ experience as well as 3 years supervisory experience will be beneficial. Furthermore, knowledge of tax legislation, extensive SAP HR/Payroll experience, MS Office skills and excellent excel knowledge are required. An appropriate candidate will also have good communication and management skills, should be able to deal with conflict, contribute to team success and illustrate continuous improvement.
