Job Description
Organization Development Manager needed for a leading construction company in Western Cape!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Organization Development Manager to perform duties in Industrial Relations and Labour Legislation Compliance, Remuneration and Employee Benefits, Organizational Development, Talent & Succession Management, Recruitment & Selection, Assessments, Skills Development, Employment Equity, Employee Wellness, HR Strategy, HR Business & Operational Reviews. Ideally you will have a Postgraduate Degree in Industrial Psychology or equivalent. A minimum of 5 years experience as OD Manager in a construction environment is essential.
