Job Description

Our client in the Financial Services Sector is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their team. The key is to have a candidate with strong financial accounting knowledge and experience.

Admin Manager to manage a small office but be responsible for everything that is admin related:

- Accounting and finance

- Office admin and control

- Hr admin and payroll (not responsible for hiring, discipline and firing)

- Tax (all taxes)

- Company secretarial function (admin only)

- Compliance function (Tax, Companies Act, UIF, Compensation, BEE, etc)

- General office management


- Completed Articles

- Bachelor Degree

- A mature person with experience in office admin (30 yrs +)

- Familiar with working with an entrepreneurial team of executives with a staff complement of around 15-20 would be ideal
