Job Description

Hire Resolve is representing a mining company in its search for an Occupational health, safety & environmental officer.

This position requires the candidate to advise management on occupational health, safety and environmental issues and perform duties related to that.

This position requires a relevant tertiary qualification and at least 5 yrs experience in a similar role. Need sound knowledge of occupational health, safety and environmental legal requirements as applicable to the mining industry. Proven experience in implementing and evaluating a comprehensive safety program. Successful candidate will also have a Fire Fighting Certificate, and First Aid Certificate.
